The newest member states of the EU – among them the Baltic states- are now involved in the Copenhagen process and are a source of enormous (human) potential that can greatly enrich Europe.
As the Baltic States have enjoyed special attention in European VET policy, the reforms in VET and its structures are the subject of critical debate in this book.
We hope that this book will be of service to both researchers and lecturers in the study of VET in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as for the broader context of internationalisation in VET.
