This order was placed on 15 March 2010 with iegoldman and I still have not received the book.
Emails have been sent but no response! Supposedly the book has been shipped but should it take a month to get here. And why doesn’t anyone respond to email requests for update, tracking, etc.
Very poor delivery service!
